8:00 AM Holy Eucharist
A celebration of the Rite II Eucharist with sermon, but no music except
on major feast days. Children of all ages are welcome!
10:00 AM Holy Eucharist (Summers 9:30)
A celebration of Rite II Eucharist with hymns, sung service music, choir
anthems, and organ prelude and postlude. Church School and Nursery are available
during this service, the children joining the congregation at the Peace
for the celebration of Holy Communion. Children of all ages are also welcome
to be with their parents throughout the service.
All baptized Christians, regardless of denomination and tradition, along with
anyone seeking a deeper relationship with Christ, are welcome to receive
the Eucharist.

Weekday Services
Wednesday, 7:30 PM, Holy Eucharist (preceded
by 7 p.m. reflection and prayerful meditation during Lent)
A more informal yet more contemplative celebration of the Eucharist than
Sunday morning. The congregation sits together near the front of the Church
and gathers around the Altar for Communion. Prayer for healing is normally
offered on the first Wednesday of the month.

Special Services throughout the year
Christmas Eve, 5:00 PM: Holy Eucharist
This is our Christmas Eve Service, with the Children's Pageant as the telling
of the Gospel story, followed by a homily for adults and children, and Eucharist.
Familiar carols are sung and all are invited to share in the Christmas Eucharist.
Christmas Eve, 11:00 PM: Holy Eucharist
Our Midnight Mass is preceded by special music begin at 10:30 PM. The Liturgy
itself begins with candles being lit throughout the darkened Church. Familiar
carols, choral anthems and service music are sung and all are invited to
share in the Christmas Eucharist.
Christmas Day 10:00 AM: Holy Eucharist
smaller and quieter Christmas celebration in which the congregation sits
together near the crèche and gathers around the Altar for Communion. A few
carols are part of this service.
Ash Wednesday 12:00 PM: Holy Eucharist
with Imposition of Ashes
Lent begins with this service in which ashes are imposed before the celebration
of the Eucharist. A sermon is preached, but no music is part of this service.
Ash Wednesday 7:30 PM: Holy Eucharist
with Imposition of Ashes
Our major Ash Wednesday Service includes sermon, imposition of ashes, the
celebration of the Eucharist and Lenten music.

Holy Week Worship
Holy Week is the center of the Liturgical Year at Grace-St. Paul's. In daily
worship through the week, we are drawn into Jesus' journey to Jerusalem, the
Upper Room, the Garden of Gethsemane, the Cross, the Tomb and the Resurrection.
Friday, April 15, 6:30-8:30 p.m. "Palm Friday"
for all ages
Sunday, April 17, 8 and 10 a.m.: The Sunday of the Passion:
Palm Sunday
(No service Wednesday April 20.)
Maundy Thursday, April 21, 7:30 p.m.: Homily, Foot-Washing,
Holy Eucharist, and Vigil
Good Friday, April 22:
Noon-2 p.m., Good Friday liturgy from the Book of Common Prayer, with music,
followed by:
2-3 p.m., Silence, vigil, and written meditations, with the ringing of the
bell at 3 p.m.
7:30-8:30 p.m.: Good Friday liturgy
Saturday, April 23, 7:30 p.m.: The Great Vigil of Easter,
including the Lighting of the Paschal Candle, the singing of the Exsultet,
baptism, and Holy Eucharist
Sunday, April 24, 8 and 10 a.m.: The Sunday of the Resurrection:
Easter Day; Sermon, Eucharist and Music at both services,
followed by
11:15: Easter Egg Hunt in the Grace-St. Paul’s Park – All
children toddlers through 5th grade invited! Bring your own basket!
